Returns Policy - Refunds

You have the right to request a refund/return of a product, within a strict period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.


You have the right to return an order and request an exchange with another, strictly within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order.

  • All merchandise must be in perfect salable condition, accompanied by the receipt or invoice received by email.
  • All merchandise must be accompanied by all original packaging for a refund.
  • Refunds and exchanges are only eligible in the original country of purchase and only within the EU.
  • Return costs and delivery costs are your responsibility and will not be refunded.

Please note that we are unable to offer free returns or exchanges. You are free to choose which shipping method to use when returning products to us, but the cost is your responsibility and it is your responsibility to ensure that the products reach us safely.
By requesting a return/refund/exchange, you will be charged:


  • Shipping charges
  • The cost of insurance
  • The cost of customs clearance for the product (concerning non-EU countries)
  • The cost of customs clearance for the product (concerning non-EU countries)

If the value of the new order is less than the value of the original order, the company will not refund you the difference. This difference will be credited to the customer for future purchases.

Parts not meeting these conditions cannot be refunded.

Please also inform us of your order number and:

- Photos of the items concerned
- The photo of the sending slip enclosed in the envelope
- The photo of the package with the transport label visible.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision whether to approve or reject your refund request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

- Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

If after completing all these steps, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info.lagreka@gmail.com.

- Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.


- Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will know that you returned the item.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from this.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than 75 EUROS, you should consider using a shipping service that allows you to track the shipment or purchasing delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.

- Packages lost after delivery

La Greka Official is not responsible for the loss of any package resulting from miscommunication between the recipient and the courier company or an incorrect delivery address provided by the recipient.

- Packages lost during return


We will not compensate for returned packages lost in return – so we recommend sending jewelry with a tracking number.

- Security

Recognizing the importance of the security of your electronic transactions, we have taken all necessary measures to provide payroll services

If you wish to make a complaint regarding products purchased from us, please contact our customer service team.

- If you received incorrect products


If we have delivered incorrect products, please contact our customer service. You are not responsible for any costs associated with returning products.
