All our jewelry are made in Greece.

- How can I track my order?

Thanks to the tracking number that we communicate to you by e-mail on the day of dispatch, on the post office website or on our page Colissimo tracking of our website.

- I did not receive the confirmation email

The confirmation message may have slipped through in your spam: don't forget to take a mati (eye).

If not, go to your personal space to find all the information about your order!

- Incomplete package / Order error

If your jewelry does not suit you, you have 15 days to return your order, excluding customizable or previously worn jewellery.

Please note that we do not make exchanges for online purchases – refunds only.


-Can I change my delivery address if my order has not yet been shipped?

You cannot change the delivery address for an order that you have already placed (even if it has not yet been sent).

You can, however, request to change the address for the following. For this, we invite you to contact our support at the following address:

- Delivery times?

Delivery times for individual jewelery are between 5 and 12 working days.

- Standard Delivery (France & Monaco): Collissimo Service, 3-5 working days.

- Standard Delivery Europe (Excluding France and Monaco): Collissimo Service, 5-7 days working hours.

* During certain times of the year, delivery times may be a little longer.

*For deliveries outside France, delivery times may vary. take a little longer.

* Outside the EU, recipients may have to pay customs fees, depending on the legislation in force in the country of destination.
