Delivery
How can I track my order?
Using the tracking number that we will send you by email on the day of dispatch, on La Poste's website.
I haven't received the confirmation email
The confirmation message may have slipped into your spam: don't forget to check it.
Otherwise, go to your personal space to find all the information regarding your order!
How do I know if my order has been registered?
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you should not receive this email, please contact our customer service.

Don't forget to specify your order reference in your message, and to attach a photo of the package received.
Modification or cancellation
Sorry :(
Once your order has been validated, we cannot modify or cancel it.
If your jewelry does not suit you, you have 15 days to return your order, excluding customizable or already worn jewelry.
Please note, we do not do exchanges for online purchases – refunds only.
When will I receive my order?
We will do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with additional information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Your Order
Can I change my shipping address if my order has not yet been shipped?
You cannot change the shipping address for an order you have already placed (even if it has not yet been sent).
You can however request to change the address for the following. To do this, we invite you to contact our support at the following address: info.lagreka@gmail.com
Delivery times?
Delivery times for individual jewelry are between 5 and 12 working days.
- Standard Delivery (France & Monaco): Collissimo service, 3-5 working days.
- Standard Delivery Europe (excluding France and Monaco): Collissimo service, 5-7 working days.

* During certain periods of the year, delivery times may be a little longer.
*For deliveries outside France, delivery times may be a little longer.
* Outside the EU, recipients may be required to pay customs charges, depending on the legislation in force in the country of destination.
