All our jewelry is made in Greece.
We attach importance to the quality of our materials and we promote small manufacturing workshops.

YOUR ORDER
- How can I track my order?
Thanks to the tracking number that we communicate to you by e-mail on the day of sending, on the post office website.
- I did not receive the confirmation email
The confirmation message may have slipped into your spam folder: don't forget to check it out in the morning.
Otherwise, go to your personal space to find all the information regarding your order!
- How do I know that my order is registered?
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you should not receive this email, please contact our customer service.
- Incomplete package / Order error

A small oversight or error in your order?
Let us know by email so we can find a solution!

Don't forget to specify the reference of your order in your message, and attach a photo of the package received.
- I have not received my order, what should I do?
Please contact our customer service as soon as possible so that we can resolve the problem.
Your package is insured against theft and accidental damage during its transport from our stock to your delivery address. When you sign for delivery, responsibility for your purchased items rests with you.
- Modification or cancellation

Once your order has been validated, we cannot modify or cancel it.
If your jewelry does not suit you, you have 15 days to return your order, excluding customizable or previously worn jewelry.
Please note, we do not do exchanges for online purchases – refunds only.
DELIVERY
-Can I change my shipping address if my order has not yet been shipped?
You cannot change the delivery address for an order that you have already placed (even if it has not yet been sent).
However, you can request to modify the address for the following ones. To do this, we invite you to contact our support at the following address: info.lagreka@gmail.com
- Delivery delay ?
Delivery times for individual jewelry are between 5 and 12 working days.
- Standard Delivery (France & Monaco): Collissimo Service, 3-5 working days.
- Standard Delivery Europe (Except France and Monaco): Collissimo Service, 5-7 working days.

*During certain times of the year, delivery times may be a little longer.
*For deliveries outside France, delivery times may be slightly longer.
* Outside the EU, recipients may be required to pay customs fees, depending on the legislation in force in the country of destination.
